New Westminster encompasses 15.6 square kilometers along the Fraser River, with a population of 78,916 as of the 2021 census. The city’s demographic forecast anticipates that New Westminster could grow to 103,871 people by 2041. Consequently, 16,500 new homes and New Westminster Strata Corporations could be added by 2041.
